Executive Committee  tasks:
 
  • President:
  1. Sets date and time for meetings.
  2. Approves Agenda for meeting.
  3. Presides over meetings.
  4. Oversees activities of sub-committees.
  5. Calls for nominations of next Executive Committee, and moderates elections of new candidates, along with departing executives.

  • Vice President:
  1. Replaces President when required.
  2. Oversees the activities of some sub-committees.

  • Secretary:
  1. Corresponds with membership send advice about forthcoming meeting along with Agenda. 
  2. Keeps record of decisions voted upon at meetings and prepares minutes.
  3. Arrange for Roster duty for annual exhibit and publish list to be posted at exhibit hall.
  4. Maintain a current list of members with addresses (residence and mailing), e-mail addresses, personal web site URLs, and telephone numbers.  Provide this information to all members, Web Site Maintenance (while ensuring that what appears on web site is in accordance with members).

  • Treasurer: 
  1. Collects membership dues and, commissions from Annual Exhibit sales.
  2. Pays bills for all expenses incurred on behalf of ARTS Morin Heights.
  3. Prepares a Revenue and Expense report at the end of the exercise year.
